Disney Halloween Party

                      Disneyland Halloween Party

On September 20 , 2017 we had the privilege to be part of a awesome event at Disneyland. Their exclusive Halloween party .

We booked our tickets in June . As a annual passholder we get opportunities to buy tickets early then general admission. Non passholder have to wait until august .

So we wore excited! We also had the opportunity to get a dinner package that included a gourmet dinner at Blu Bayou
In New Orleans square and a preferred viewing for the parade and firework show .

The event was held at Disneyland but the ticket allowed you to visit California adventure 3 hours before the event . This year California adventure is in full Halloween decorations, something I highly recommended to visit .

We got to the park around 430 , check in was easy they gave us a wristband and allowed us to stay at the park , unfortunately non party holders wore told to leave at 6pm .
Our girls dress in theirs fav characters Abby as "ray " from Star Wars and Amirah as Rapunzel .

Our first stop was of course getting some candy. Some of my friends highly recommended to bring extra bags they give out a lot of candy , well not every stand gives out candy they gave out apples, carrots, Cookies , Apple crisps etc .

Each land had huge pumpkins and signs to where line up to get candy . My fav was took town they had some awesome picture props Abby got to take pictures with some awesome people in costume.

As our evening progress we had dinner reservation and headed to New Orleans square .

Check in was awesome they greeted us as sat us close view of the pirates of the Caribbean ride .

A exclusive menu for the Halloween package was handed to us
Halloween Disney price for blu Bayou is as follow
Adult $69
Children 3 and older $43

The dinner comes with a starter , entrée and dessert

My entrée was a spicy shrimp

My main dish selection was the surf and turf
A well done filet filet mignon , lobster tail with au gratin potatoes  and green beans ( which are always my fav at Disneyland)

For dessert we had a variety of selection and because the waiter was so awesome she hooked us up with some delicious desserts . My fav was the creme brulee talk about heaven 🙌🏼 .  Here are some of the favs and also the special treat box for the Halloween package

Sorry about the picture quality blu Bayou is very dark

As we finish our dinner the waiter handed us a pass so we can get our preferred viewing for the Halloween parade.

We wore greeted and seated in a preferred viewing of the parade and fireworks .

The Halloween parade was scheduled at 8:40pm .

The headless horseman makes his appearance before the parade .

The parade was awesome! I highly recommended getting there early to reserve your spot to get a good view of the parade and fireworks.

After the parade was over we took advantage of getting on some  rides . Disneyland was a ghost town,  rides were under 10-15 minutes maybe less . It's a awesome opportunity to take because Disneyland has been one busy theme park the last couple of days since the opening of the haunted mansion being transformed into the night before Christmas .

Disneyland closed at 11 pm .

We had so much fun at this event ! I highly recommended to buy tickets and take your little ones .

The husband and I are even thinking of doing two nights ! One for the kids and the other for us .
Thank you soooo much for reading today's blog post I'll leave you with some more pictures of the Halloween event ! Follow me here on 👉🏼My Instagram  so you can see all my fun Disney stuff I'll be doing all month of September and October.

  2. Thanks for sharing the post. Seems like you are having the great time in the Disneyland. To explore the Paris and to visit Disneyland in Paris, you can plan the trip with the Gold Crest.
